I had a lovely hot drink of Elderflower Cordial, lemon and a bit of sugar this morning (its really good for colds and I have a 'suspicious beginning' of one) sitting in the sun, writing my to-do list - it tasted perfeck! (Phew!)
The Elderflower Champagne is still waiting to be opened...
...with the date firmly marked in our kitchen!
Will update when they are opened (hopefully with a few people to share it with!)
